3 weeks!

Three weeks in this spetacular trip, many things to share, still many things we are expecting!
Canada - White Rock, Chilliwack, Abbotsford.... U.S.A. - Marysville and now Fidalgo Island - Anacortes.
(next stop Bellingham and the District Conference at the Tulalip Casino Hotel!!)

We are all very happy, the 5050 District rotarians are great people, they are treating us very well, we fell so good to be here!

Anacortes is a BEAUTIFUL small town!
The day we got here (Friday, May 7th) we had a nice tour around old Anacortes and to Mt. Erie.
From there we had a wonderful view of the islands.

Dinner and music at Linda Dobbs home with all the hosts and the GSE team. We sang with the musicians Dave, Ken and Linda (she is a great singer!).

Yesterday (Saturday, May 8th) we went to the whale watching tour with Steve Miller, Bill Turner, Louise Wegg and Rick Stevens.
The trip offered us great landscapes and the day was amazing - beautiful sunshine!
We got to see some Minke Whales - well.... their tails sometimes... :-)

Today is Sunday and the GSE team has a "day off". Well, kinda... The team leader Marcelo asked the group to meet at his host home for a morning meeting to work in the presentation for the District Conference. In the afternoon we'll have time for leisure... shopping, sightseeing... just fun!

We hope you all are following this blog, even when we write it in Portuguese for our families and friends in Brazil.
